Start4life Website Launched to Help Mums Have A Healthy Baby

You may have seen in TV adverts the Governments campaign called Change4Life which is all about helping families to eat healthy which will improve mobility and allow you to live longer. Now the Government have launched another part of their campaign called Start4Life, you can visit the new website at www.nhs.uk/start4life/ to get involved.

Start4life Campaign For Healthy BabyIt is designed to help mums have a healthy baby, in their own words “give your baby the building blocks for a healthier & happier future”. The service can be used by pregnant women, or new parents, so don’t worry what stage you are at in your journey. And of course it is all totally free!

The website gives you the most up-to-date tips and advice on things such as breastfeeding, active play, solid foods and lots of other important issues. It is a very nicely designed site, and is very easy to use, so hop on over using the link above to learn more about the service.
