Mad Catz, a worldwide leader in manufacturing, distributing and marketing innovative controllers and other peripherals for the console and PC game, has now let loose its Fender Precision Bass for Rock Band, which seems to be the first ever bass guitar for the game (correct me if i’m wrong!).
Among other things, this one features a whammy bar, normally found on Rock Band / Guitar Hero guitars and it incorporates a new Split Strum Bar which gives you the possibility of plucking notes faster than a standard strum bar.
Unfortunately, the Fender Precision Bass is only available for the Xbox 360 (for now), but at least the $70 price tag isn’t quite as excessive as some of the other “premium” guitars out there.
