Canon launches new PowerShots : SD890 IS, SD790 IS, and SD770 IS

Yes, you’ve heard it well, Canon is going to launch three new PowerShots in April 2008 : SD890 IS, SD790 IS, and SD770 IS. One of this new cameras is Canon PowerShot SD890 IS features a 2.5-inch PureColor II LCD display, a 10 megapixel sensor, 5x optical zoom, 5x zoom lens and sub 1-inch macro. Its price is somewhere around $400. The second one is SD790 IS and it packs a 10 megapixel sensor, 3x optical zoom, 3-inch PureColor LCD II display which comes with an adjacent multi-control dial and new button configuration that combine to form a flat control panel, and it will cost you $349. And finally, the third one is SD770 IS which sports a 10 megapixel sensor, 3x optical zoom, a 2.5-inch PureColor LCD II screen and an optical viewfinder. The price for the SD770 IS is somwhere around $300.
