Dell have released a new 24in all-in-one desktop, it goes by the name of Dell XPS One and it’s a bit special! You may have heard of it before that is because this is the 24in version, the 20in version has been available for sale for almost a year. This is a new larger and sleeker version.
The desktop is a PC, HDTV and DVD player all in one! It costs $1699 which I think is great value considering you only need this in your living room and no need for separate DVD player or a separate PC anywhere else in your home.
The screen is a 24-inch, 1920×1080, 16:9 display. It has Intel’s X4500 integrated graphics chipset, 4GB of RAM and a Q8200 quad core processor from Intel. It also comes with Bluetooth, WIFI, an 8x Super-Multi DVD+/-RW drive, and a specially-designed wireless keyboard and mouse set.
The new XPS model comes with HD analog and digital TV tuners, which use Windows Vista’s built-in media center to instantly make a very capable DVR and HTPC.
